Joey Atlas thank you for your advise. I’m assuming you’re saying you’re not a fan of my MFT practitioner and not me as a massage therapist, as we are both alternative practitioners.

I’ve taken a look at your videos focused on meals and they’re typical of what I eat. My fave zevia is the creamy root beer and I also enjoy hop water. I eat some rice and a variety of vegetables, meat/fish. I eat a mostly whole foods diet avoiding simple carbs, sugar, potatoes, most whole grains (gluten intolerant). I enjoy fermented foods, plain greek yogurt, cottage cheese, broccoli sprouts, avocado to get the fat, protein and extra nutrition I might miss in my meals. I get nearly half my body weight in water, no typical soda, limited coffee and wine, no processed foods.

Did I say I’m on HRT? Prog, estrogen, testosterone. My functional med doc might also be considered alternative by his peers. After many long years of navigating perimenopause and being ignored by my doctors for my concerns around my health (mental and physical) decline, weight creep in the face of a physically active life and clean eating, I’m not a fan of exclusively conventional medicine.

Thank you! I’m logged in on app and desktop. I would appreciate some advice on where to start. I’m a 58 yo massage therapist, fulltime in private practice. Most of my workout efforts go toward strength and stamina. Nutritionally, I focus on getting what I need for fuel and recovery. Enough protein daily is the challenge. Most of my numbers are good, would like to improve VO2, HRV and deep sleep. HRT ( prog, estrodiol, and testosterone), no other meds. Plenty of supplements (mostly minerals and support for gallbladder, liver, adrenals) with nutritional guidance from morphogenic field technique practitioner. When lifting with weights/dumbbells, post menopausal, I tend get a lot of tendonitis about 8wks into new workout plan. I’m now focusing on slow eccentric work with softer grip to give my tendons a chance to catch up so I have less starts and stops. Have to take care that I’m not completing workouts completely depleted. Have wanted to add more body weight besides walking/hiking for a while. Biggest frustration is fluctuating an weight (140-150 lbs). I avoid grains, potatoes and sugar and eat a mostly clean diet.

Hello! Very new here. I’m signed into app but there’s no content. Do I need to be patient or do I need to take another step to get content loaded in app. My purchase shows in app and my profile looks correct
