Now that I am older I have been trying to walk at least three miles atleast two to three times a week and do more strength and resistance training on a regular basis, about four to six times a week. I am very interested to see the difference in training with you, the more sensible and safer training compared to the training I have been doing.
She does some of the same as you teach , but then I see some things that she does (that I have been doing) that you show is wrong and not good for parts of your body. And that makes since to why I would have lower back pain after working out. I have gotten good results with her, but I really see how much safer you perform all of your movements. And it makes totally more safe sense. I also like how you point out each exact muscle(s) that we are hitting for each workout. That is so important, more informative and more effective to me.
So with ALL that (too much) being saidβ¦my goal is the same as was with her and that is to transition my skinny fat body into a strong healthy muscle defined body (for a woman my age) and without bulky thighs and big buttocks (two of my most problem areas besides my terrible flabby bat wings that I have worked on for YEARS and have never seen no improvement). I also try to eat healthy the correct foods and focus on higher protein intake for each meal along with eating lower carbs and fat. The bad high carbs go straight to my menopause belly. I have always had a flat to toned belly until that hit. I will admit that I DO occasionally cheat. Pizza and choclate cake are my weaknesses. BUT I only have them on a rare occasion. I am totally aware that I cannot bad that often and expect to keep a healthy and strong muscle body and keep my weight also in check. I would say I always am strict with what I eat.
Well, I hope you are able to get an idea of myself and my goals. I want to become as healthy, energetic and strong as I can and feel and looking as good as I can with defined tight musclesas possible instead a flabby fat skinny body. Thank you very much for taking the time to read my long reply. I am very excited to getting started.
