5-day beginner. My muscles are so tight so it has actually been a slow start but an ease into it for sure.

My daughters and I are doing the 4 person relay for the hyrox in December so looking forward to the challenge of strengthening my body up for it. Keep you posted!

I have been watching your videos for months. I really like the slow and forgiving approach you give to just get us started in doing “something “ ! You’re not trying to make us not like working out it’s more about just start and we will see the results over time and before we know know it we will have completed a full routine. Satisfaction!! I have worked out for most of my life but life sometimes gets in the way and these workouts have provided me a way to get back to a better version of my older self. Thank you for all the time and effort you have put into these videos. Look forward to the best version of myself!!!
