I just did this core routine. I kept putting it off because I didn't think I had anything to grab onto (away from family and noise). I realized I had my bed frame! My stomach is my weakest link after 5 babies and 4 sections. I am determined to strengthen my core! I feel great now.Â

I loved these! Wow! Every chiropractor always tells me my ROM is so limited (I didn't know!). These are great b/c can do anytime and anywhere.Â
