I loved these! Wow! Every chiropractor always tells me my ROM is so limited (I didn't know!). These are great b/c can do anytime and anywhere.

I just did this core routine. I kept putting it off because I didn't think I had anything to grab onto (away from family and noise). I realized I had my bed frame! My stomach is my weakest link after 5 babies and 4 sections. I am determined to strengthen my core! I feel great now.

Joey Atlas Ok! Lately? I walk the dogs- about 1-2 miles per day. My weak abs are my restrictions..low back pain prob due to my meno-belly. I would like to lose fat and get toned. I can do modified push-ups, squats, lunges, it’s just when I have to do a sit up, jelly belly (diastatis) brings down the party. STG: have a routine, show up for myself, get leaner, more energy, sleep better!LTG: stay fit, zero low back pain, strong as I finish off my 50’s. I want my 60’s to be my fittest years yet! Full ROM throughout, just need strength-I feel like I have a ton of potential

Hello! I didn't receive an email (yes, I checked spam) for login. However, I was able to get a log-in link emailed to me and I was able to access. I'm just not sure where on videos to begin. I just tried an ab video that I found-you were doing floor and standing work-I can't do a sit-up, much less with dumbbells. If there is a video where I can where I can begin without getting discouraged, maybe showing me which equipment is handy...this would be great. I'm 57, 155 lbs, 5'6" s/p 5 children (4 sections). My abs are the weakest muscle group in my body. I was always quite athletic even have my BS in Exercise Physiology (Masters and Doctorate in Occupational Therapy) however, raising and homeschooling took my time away. It's time for me. Please help! Love, Annie
