Joey Atlas today was a very different day for me as I have recently resorted to AD Fasting. So today I fasted 25 hours and felt famished due to all the garbage I ate yesterday for Easter. A normal day for me looks like this. I wake up and drink Dr. Eric Bergs electrolyte drink and then an hour or so later, 2 cups of black coffee. Eating for me starts around 11am or 12 noon and I usually drink Equip Foods grass fed collagen mixed with unsweetened almond milk and chia seeds with spices like cinnamon. Sometimes some hemp seeds are added.

Lunch is usually an hour or two later and consists of a full fat Greek unflavored yogurt with 1 tbs. natural PB, some berries or grapes, and a 1/4 c. crushed nuts. Or a salad with full fat cottage cheese, or meat like steak (approx. 3 oz.)

Dinner rarely planned but is often eggs or some type of meat and a vegetable. I try to finish dinner by 6:30 pm.

I also drink a bubbl'r almost daily and thats pretty much it.

I am excited for the workouts and begin tomorrow am!

Thank you so much Joey. More context.... hmmm... well I'm 55, gained weight over the past 16 years. Started gaining weight when I quit smoking. I've done EVERYTHING to lose the 60lbs. I've gained. I have done juice fasting, raw food, vegetarian, vegetarian on weekdays only, keto, Mediterranean, Whole 30, fasting, working out.... you name it. I cannot lose the weight and I have been feeling God telling me to eat more vegetarian but I'm just so confused with everthing I see and read. Keto, Carnivore, low carb, work out harder. I just want to know what is right because I am overwhelmed and cant even make a good plan because I'm so overwhelmed and confused.

My husband passed away two years ago and I am just fighting my way to a better, happy life now. It's a struggle but I hate the way I look, or what I see in the mirror. I don't want to change to attract someone new, this is for me. I'm stuck and I can't be in this stuck state anymore. So I am praying that your program will work

Hi Joey,

I'm new to your workouts, the plant-based approach, and your overall philosophy. I’ve been searching for the "truth" in fitness and health, and that really resonated with me in one of the first videos I watched.

I have a couple of questions regarding the Brain-Belly-Body Elixir Mixer:

1.  If I start taking the elixir, would I still need to supplement with electrolytes?

2.  As a woman over 50, I’ve seen a lot of encouragement to take creatine. I would love to hear your thoughts on whether that is necessary or beneficial alongside your formula.

I’ll share more of my story another time, but I look forward to hearing your perspective.

Best regards,

Theresa Scroggins
