Joey A. I have not tried the Season Brand yet but I just sampled the King Oscar boneless skinless in olive oil and it has super mild flavor I thought I was eating tuna it’s my favorite so far I think 🤔 it’s supposed to be a good brand is it okay???

Joey A. Thankyou appreciate the variety of after dinner workouts and Wild Planet is my go to for sardines if available We live in small town so sometimes I have to try different brands

Part 1 and 2 Wowza what a great workout! A couple days later and I can still feel the workout in my glutes!

Joey A. I’m assuming treadmill is ok? Tonight I did 30min after dinner at like 3.4 speed but can definitely do cardio sessions as an alternative too! I love the Coleslaw recipe and Plant based summer soup with peas. I don’t think I’ve ever ate a dinner without meat and the plant based recipes are a new way of eating for me but the truth is I don’t miss the meat at all 😊 so Thankyou for the dinner ideas. I’m even eating sardines not gonna lie they took a little getting used too but now I eat them 2-3 times a week. I’m hoping all goes well for your hip replacement we will be praying 🙏 for your recovery so glad you’re keeping us updated and Thankyou again for all that you do for us

Dinner is by 5pm. Most nights I include complex carb I love asparagus,broccoli,and sweet potatoes but sometimes I get lazy and just have left overs and don’t plan so I need to make sure I am planning better maybe a couple times a week I just grab whatever out of the fridge. Yes,I am absolutely able to walk 20-30min after dinner and snack urges usually come around 9pm. In the future will the nutrition magician 😉be posting any new dinner meals?? or shopping idea videos I’m learning a lot from Total Access

Joey A. Thankyou for Dr Joey's Link! I'm able to do daycare for my Granddaughter. I start my day pretty early usually around 4-5am usually never been a breakfast person just a couple cups of coffee and presently doing your 6 day intermediate workouts around 6am. Nighttime snacking could be like Peanut butter on apple slices or a banana or maybe small bowl of cereal like cheerios,handful of pistachios, sometime a peice of cinnamon toast with monk fruit sweetener.

Joey A. My goals are to be toned and around 135lbs I'm presently 55 yrs old 5'4" and 150lbs but have let myself go the last 3 years. I do so well during the day but can't seem to sleep well at night and have gotten into habit of watching TV and snacking at nighttime. I've been listening to some of your success podcast at night and seems to help what I'm snacking on but I'm hoping to find that mindset to make that mindshift and have thought about joining a group to have accountability I think I saw a Email with a group starting soon?

Hi Joey I saw on my phone you messaged me back regarding the bands but I was unable to access it I’m not sure what happened 🤔 But I was inquiring about the bands you use with Sculpt a fit. I just needed to know if they would hook to a door or door frame ??? They look like very good sturdy bands and would like to purchase
