Joey Atlas I completed the treadmill trekking that was amazing but every time I clicked on beginner 5 day link it say record not found

That would be awesome! Not sure where to start I’m 5’4” Health history in 2017 had ovarian cancer surgery,chemo and radiation and doing good the only medication I take today is Eliquis blood thinner the cancer caused severe blood clots. Last year I was put on cpap they say my sleep apnea is mild. I have chronic insomnia no issue falling asleep just wake up a million time a night. I take no supplements pills. I’ve been watching Mel robin podcast trainers push 30 gram protein per meal I’ve never been a breakfast person so I feel so stuffed all the time and I make these loaded smoothie with 3 to 4 cup veggies usually a cup of wild blueberries and garden of Eden vanilla organic grass fed whey protien. I usually eat Whole Foods for dinner chicken, wild caught salmon veggies or salad and I am a work in progress with nightime snacking that’s where I go wrong. I do like to exercise in the morning lately been doing about 30min treadmill at 4 & I try to do dumbbell weight sets 3 to 4 days a week I seem to workout with some of Caroline girvan YouTube videos. By the time I try to drink my water I’m so bloated and miserable and nothing I’m doing is showing any result and everyone says something different but listening to your videos you make so much sense. I’m unable to do a lot of jumping impact exercise anymore and I haven’t worked my abs for years but did your 4 core exercises today and thought wow this is doable for me forgot to tell you I am from Montague, California and I weigh about 150lb

Hi Joey found myself watching your YouTube videos saying yes that’s me I’m 55yr old Grandma I don’t sleep well so high cortisol might be issue but my belly is what I’m looking to tone excessive weight gain with bloat and distend lately where do I start
