I did get it! I found it right after I posted this. My goals are to be healthy and look good in my 40s and beyond. I’ve been working out for a few years but need some structure and to make sure I’m doing what’s best for my body and age. Things that have worked for me for years are seeming not to work as well now. I also do a 16 hr fast almost every day unless I’m travelling.
