I did get it! I found it right after I posted this. My goals are to be healthy and look good in my 40s and beyond. I’ve been working out for a few years but need some structure and to make sure I’m doing what’s best for my body and age. Things that have worked for me for years are seeming not to work as well now. I also do a 16 hr fast almost every day unless I’m travelling.

I signed up but now I am not sure where to start. There are a lot of things on this site and I am looking for something that I can do from home with my equipment or no equipment. I have a bench and dumbells. I would say I am an intermediate 42 year old female. Any suggestions where to start?
