@Joey Atlas Made it to the community.  Enjoyed Day 4 of Sculptadit, along with the May2020 stretch.   My current status is - honestly - almost discouraged.  I’ve tried too many methods - all bringing a lot of pain and little body transformation.   My goal is to change my body composition.   At 6’0", ex athlete, and over 50 - I just want to confidently wear my clothes and know I’m taking care of the only body I have.  Workouts are at home. Went to the gym for a year, 3-4x week - no real progress.  My spiritual routine and life are solid.  Sleep is good.   Food routine needs clear direction. Although I eat organic, there’s more to it.  Macro/micro nutrients.  Will watch your nutrition video this week.  I drink 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water.  Intermitten fasting - just by stopping food intake by 7pm and not eating before 7am.  What else can I share with you to assist me?  Signed up for free Fit For Life.  Want to reach summer goals. Which program is best? TY

Joey Atlas Followed the link, but cannot comment there.  Using iphone and do not see how to comment.  I watched the NEW BODY BY THE SUMMER video on YouTube. I wanted to find the macro nutrient video and the links just lead me to sign ups … that don’t  show the video.

It also mentioned the training similar to that a bikini competitors. Which program is that exactly? Currently, I have the sculptafitclub.

Admittedly, I’m getting overwhelmed by nit being able to find the videos you reference.       I’m sure it’s good information, but there is so much going on here. I feel a little lost.

Wanted to keep working today, but not even sure what to do. I had an accident last week and I’m trying to keep moving and not be sitting still. Thanks for helping.

Joey Atlas.  BTW, last comments here are from 2022.  Is this where I should be?

My goal is to lose body fat and weight.  I’m 6ft tall - and used to have a great shape.  LOL.  Anyway, 30 lbs off and body definition is my goal.  I do walking on a trampoline 10 to 20 minute sessions.  (3 mins fast, 3 min slow, alternating.) How many days would be ideal? TY in advance for the guidance.

Joey Atlas Hi.  Thank you for replying here.  That Quick-Start (and subsequent email asking me if I saw the Quick-Start email) were buried.  I’m on it!

Hi All.  Happy to be here.  Would like to do the Level 1:  5 days rotating of exercises.  One day 6 you go back to Day 1.  Does anyone know how to find that series? Thanks.
