Hi Joey,Ā Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly. To answer your question: yes, he has full doctor's clearance for exercise. His cardiologist and doctor have confirmed his heart is structurally normal and healthy, and they have actually encouraged him to exerciseāthe barrier is entirely the psychological anxiety caused by the sensations. For a bit more context:
The Goal: To slowly desensitize his nervous system to an elevated heart rate and movement, rebuilding trust in his body.
Current Baseline: Right now, even a short walk can trigger anxiety if he feels a thud.
Preferences: He responds best to very gentle, controlled, and grounding movements where he doesn't feel rushed or out of breath. Short, bite-sized sessions (even 5ā10 minutes) would be perfect to start with so he can get a "win" without triggering a panic response.
With that in mind, are there any specific low-intensity, mobility, or restorative sessions in your library you'd recommend he start with?Thank you again,
Replied on Hi Joey, hope you are well. I am lovi...
