Hello! I am 135 lbs and when I got pregnant at 34 I was 120lbs. Peri-menopause just loaded weight on me even though I was and always have been active. Since adding weights and counting my protein I was able to get down to 131 lbs (via a low/no carb diet but my sleep was terrible and the weightless stalled. So, my goal is , to be a lean 120lbs or better if that's possible ore healthy. I don't have a body composition scale but I can see about getting one. I'm in Turkey. Is there anything specifically I should look for? I have already taken my photos:)Â

Hi again! I watched everything and I do eat this way. Perhaps less fish and more lean meat and beans (not a high fish fan) but in general I eat as you show. So, you don't think that counting macros or measuring carbs etc. is required? How do you get into a calories deficit to lose the fat then?Â
