Joey Atlas ok ill keep it to twice a week. I have read that walking more helps women lean out legs . should I have a certain number of steps a day? I walk at least 30 minutes every day and then the cardio you recommend twice a week.

Joey Atlas I do it 1X and then 30 minutes walk. It feels enough as the next day I'm sore! And stiff. The movements aren't hard for me but I'm really breathing heavy and sweating so that's a good sign. I'm just wondering if I do the legs workout 3 times a week, which I managed to do this week, will my legs get big? I am an hourglass figure and my legs (quads) don't take much to become swollen so they fill out my jeans after a workout. I don't want that look. I want as lean and long as this 5 foot 3 inch lady can get!

Joey Atlas I've been doing it 1X. And then a 30 minute walk.

Joey Atlas So far I have consistently been able to do the the legs in Naked Beauty twice a week and the arms and stomach at least once a week. And I have done the specific cardio at least once a week and every other day a 30-40 minute walk. Anything more and I feel very run down or too sore in the legs to do the third session.

Joey Atlas👍 I had tried that and it still didn't work. I've just tried the videos now and suddenly they're working. Thanks.

Joey Atlas my videos aren't playing?

Joey Atlas👍 ok sounds like a plan. I do have before photos, yes. Still waiting for my scale to arrive so I can see progress on the muscle growth/fat loss too

Joey Atlas Okay, for now the sessions feel just enough - if I pushed I would over stress my system I feel - been there done that! WhenI do feel ready, which sessions would you recommend moving up to next?   And yes, I love the midsection/stomach exercises. I'm following one of the schedules you recommended, plus walking 30 minutes after and then on the cardio days doing that routine of treadmill incline alternations. Loving it all!

Joey Atlas👍 The last time I felt really good in my body was when I was 120lbs and I see other women who are my height and look the way I desire to so that's why I chose 120lbs but I completely understand your point. I'll let go of the number and focus on what I see in the mirror . For now I find that my legs are sore even two days after the NB workout, so I think it's still pushing me. And on the arms days, I went up in weight for the bicep exercise. Just wondering how to know when I need to progress to a different program to keep seeing results?

Joey Atlas Hello again, I just ordered my scale that is like the one you recommeded. Can you give me some guidance on what I should be looking for/at? If my goal is to be a lean 120lbs. What percentage of body fat is likely to get me there as well as muscle  percentage? Or is there a special way to gauge things using this scale?

Also, I'm doing the Naked Beauty program. Can doing this program get me to my goals?
