Dear Joey,

I joined Total Access in mid November and have been using your videos for about five days a week. I also do a 20  minute rapid walk for cardio and my stability exercises every day. 

I now concentrate on three arm videos and the LBHT I do your videos at least 5 days a week. 

My starting stats were 4’ 11”, 118 lbs 37 x 32 x 38 now in mid April I’m 113 and 35 x 31 x 36. 

I wanted to build muscle, not lose weight and I have been quite pleased with the results from your videos. I’m now 80 years old but you said any age was okay for your programs. 

Thank you so much for guiding me to such success. My cellulite is hard to see now and most importantly my diet is excellent and I am energized and content with my body’s fitness. 

Thank you so much, your program is amazing and I often credit you with my success so far. 

I’ll try to attach a photo from today. I don’t have a starter photo as I was really unhappy with my body but not anymore.

Thanks Joey for your quick response. I’ve never had an issue and probably just need to keep on working it’s flexibility as you suggested. Your the absolute best instructor I’ve ever had and enjoy being a full access member.

I get a nerve pain and a numb right hand should I modify the right shoulder back hold and arm press down
