On day 5 of the 6 day and still not sure about this. Seems like so much is centered on your equipment. Do u have a program that is geared strictly on simple free weights and not your equipment? I spent time trying to figure out shoulder day and not such a great fit for me. Please let me know a better option for me because I do like the lower body routine
