Sorry for the delay, I got hit with a bad virus going around which included severe exhaustion, heavy cough, and dizziness. I'm in the US and had a health exam in August. I also have a follow up appointment scheduled to review blood work. Yes, weekends I have more time and typically when I'm on a business trip, I schedule extra time to exercise. Happy to learn about this special type of scale. Thanks for your time.ย

Yes, I have the Total Access program. I'm currently 5'5" and down to 119 with my last three months of walking and using exercise bands on my own. I'm excited to continue my fitness journey with you as my guide. Your videos are awesome! My knee problems are from an old ski injury and some arthritis. I'm not able to do deep knee bends without severe pain in one knee and I recently moved to a house on the main level to avoid excess stairs. I wear Copper Fit knee braces as extra support when I need it as an alternative to pain meds. I've never had a body fat analysis and not sure how to check that on my own. Working on strength, balance, and exercises that help prevent osteoporosis (family history) are my main goals. Having more strength to get through everyday life and feeling/looking healthy is what I think everyone wants. Thanks for your support.ย

Joey, I often only have 5-10 minutes between meetings to try something from your videos and I will sometimes watch only a portion of a video or watch an entire video and try to remember the best moves to do when I have time. I have found that being dedicated to short bursts of exercise throughout the day is really helpful. At night is when I focus on walking or longer programs. I would love your suggestions on what videos are the best when time is short. For reference, I am in the 50+ age group and looking for muscle building and ability to modify around some old knee injuries. Thanks so much for your help!ย ๐Ÿ˜€
