Ok Joey.  I just did the Naked Beauty Symulast Method. Kicked my butt (excuse the pun)!  Lol    The ones I had the most difficulty were the 1 legged bridge (couldn't seem to get up very high at all), and the last one of the lunge and touch (I found myself not able to go down that far, and my upper body kept leaning forward).   How many times per week would you recommend doing this routine? Right now, I can barely move off my bed!  Lol 

I'll take pictures today as well.

Hi Joey, thank you for getting back to me.  No, I have not started any of the programs, and I have yet to take before photos. I'm embarrassed that I have not started yet.  I am looking to start tomorrow for sure.  At least trying the first video on NB.  You refer to referring to a schedule.  Where is this schedule, and how many times per week to do the nine videos listed?  I need help in all areas, but am going to focus on mastering the one routine in first video of NB.  Thank you for the work you do to help us.  But, I know I am the one who is going to have to put in the work.
