Joey AtlasHi Joey! I am about 4 weeks into your program (I love your workouts). I can definitely see an improvement overall in my muscle toning. Thighs...no change at all in cellulite. I think my problem is more sagging skin. When I pull the skin up from my hips, my thighs look perfect. What is your recommendation for sagging skin especially in the thighs? I will be 68 next month and am not going to use age as an excuse.

Yes. I definitely see an improvement. I see a slight change in my body...holding more fat. I do not have excess weight to lose. Gained about 5 lbs since HRT. Not sure if its's more muscle weight.

Joey AtlasWhat about cardio? Every day?

I had blood tests showing very low hormone levels causing poor sleep, night sweats and other problems. The pellets are administered by a medical doctor.

Thank you for your reply. I am following your 6-day LIIT schedule (love the low intensity). My upper body is pretty good. Should I be working my lower body more? I dread the thought of wearing shorts or a bathing suit right now. Also, would hormone replacement cause more cellulite? I have been having HRT for about 9 months...natural... inserted in my hip and take progesterone orally.
