joyeee yes harder!!! you don't imagine or maybe you do πŸ˜… what it means to be able to train at home without the stress of weights and therefore train anywhere and still get results.... I was convinced by following some personal trainers that toned bodies it was possible to train them only with heavy loads that the buttocks could only develop with heavy loads since he is a big and heavy muscle .. instead I was surprised 😁😁😁. Joey i think im not able to find the extension for the translation i dont understand much of this stuffπŸ₯². Hi Joey, which PDF are you talking about? I have nothing πŸ˜….. so even with normal speed you continue to get results? i love normal speed btw!!!☺️. I'd like to understand what you say in the videos while you explain the execution of the exercises, how do I do it? couldn't you help me?πŸ™πŸ™... The results I'm having are high toned glutes with less blemishes and I feel much more toned to the touch. Happiness 🎊!!! I hug you 😘

Hi Joey, I just wanted to know if the speed of execution of the exercises seen in the video is the same or should I go slower! Because I make them much slower!!! The iPad version!

When will they send me the PDF? I can't wait!!!! Unfortunately the fact that there is no translation on the app makes it difficult for me to exploit important notions!!!!

I do simulast twice and once in rotation or sequel or travel trainer or live virtual session…is that ok in your opinion?

However I want to confirm that in two months I had results that in six years of gym with weights I had not even obtained !!!!! But I'm missing some info on nutrition!!!!!! Thanks Joeyyyyy yeah great πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜β€β€
