Catherine Backel It may be helpful for you to know
I have struggled with weight since childhood
I have severly burnt myself out more than once
Up until recently food was my comfort
I meditate daily and have spent the last year instensively ripping my internals apart, layer by layer and reprogramming myself from the inside out
I choose everday to focus, be and have a positive success advancement mindset, atitude and focus
Everyday I commit and will incorporate your eating and exercise framework positively and consistantly into my daily life routine
Currnetly I am developing a foundation of exercising and incorporating, new good, habits, exercise techniques, skills, views and realationship with food and eating
Training 1 on 1 with you is a Long term goal for me
This isnt a sprint this is my real lifeÂ
I will post my updated progress after 1 month :-)

Catherine Backel Here is my basic food outline
Daily Eating Plan 1 – will be slowly combing my food in with your frame work and including more plant based and pescatarian meals
AM Coffee, Grass fed ghee, MCT Coconut Oil
12.30-1pm Lunch - small amount protein and carbs with Large Salad
2.30 – 3pm Snack - nuts, dehydrated veggie chips, coconut yoghurt and berries or my baked cheesecake if I am going to mow 😊
5.30pm Dinner - small amount protein and carbs with Large Salad or Veggies
8.30 fruit snack
Daily Eating Plan 2 - same as 1 except for
AM Coffee, Grass fed ghee, MCT Coconut Oil
12.30-1pm Banana, berry, protein smoothie (based on your break-fast coffee with protein etc but without the coffee)

Get fit, look and feel great, and naturally maintain for life eg in my 50's look and feel in my 30's, in my 60's to 70's look and feel in my 40's in my 80's and 90's look and feel in my 50's
Current Weight 72kg 158.73p
Get rid of cellulite (have some great before pics)

Firm and lift breasts
Trim, Toned size 8 - 10 ( currently am a 12 that needs major reshaping and toning)Â
Train 1 on 1 with you to take it to the next level
In 2018 I was 99.9kg - 220.24p and I lost most of that slowly over 3 years and got to 65kg 143.3p
I love partial fasting you can get so much done in the am
Am Decaf coffee with ghee and mct oilÂ
Eat around 12.30 -1pmÂ
Snack around 2.30 -3pm
Small dinner and dessert 5.30pm
Green T 7pm
Fruit snack 8.30pm
I have been expirementing unsuccessfully trying to find the best way to eat for me which is why I have currently gained weight
Your framework, it is the guide I need to complete my transformation

Joey Atlas I have just completed my 1st week and am loving it adding herbs and spices really makes a huge difference, as I have over 4 months of food in the house I am making tweaks everyday incorporating the new plant based, organic pescatarian, while postively adapting and getting rid of the old
For the first time ever ( I am am 53) I know what it feels like to actually enjoy exercising and feel an exercise high afterwards...wow.....
I have even noticed I am also requiring less food to feel satisfied and my body is feeling lighter and stronger
I have been listening to some of your recordings and I have observed as well as sense of humour and being flexible you are also adapatable, which I is another valuable sucess trait to have
I will get into the Fusion email tommorrow and start applying
I love to cook and already have been listening to and inspired by your recipes and I have some recipe ideas that I think you will love as well (let me know where you want me to post them)

I appreciate your guidance and tips
I have incorporated walking on a Thursdays and stretching on Sundays into my plan
I am also tweaking my food portions as I have noticed that I feel more satisfied after eating and feel fuller longer
Now I have a realistic plan where I love the food I am eating, enjoy exercising and can match how I feel on the inside to how I look on the outside :-)
