Joey Atlas Will do, quick question did you ever perfect the recipe for your No Bake Atlas Anti-Aging Protein Bars and do you sell them?

Joey Atlas GM Joey, yes I started yesterday following the 5 day sample schedule and let me tell you my legs ache this morning. But that is telling me that it is working! I shop at HEB and I mostly purchase organic products. Last night for dinner, I recreated your Arugula-Peach salad. I boiled a sweet potato and sprinkled a little coconut sugar on it, added the spinach-arugula greens, cut up a nectarine (instead of the peach), left out the chickpeas, added a small piece of baked chicken cut into chunks, seasoned with black pepper, Ms. Dash Garlic & Herbs and Italian seasoning, added the tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar and the Olive Oil and OMG it was delicious.😊. I am not a picky eater, however I do not like sardines. Every morning I start my day with a cup of hot water with 2 tbsp ACV, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, ginger, turmeric and a squirt of honey. At night before I go to bed, I drink a cup of lemon ginger tea with the same ingredients as above. Thanks for the recipes, I an enjoying them!!!🥰

Thanks for the link, yes I downloaded and printed the Fusion-Flex Nutrition Guide from the video with you and Lauren. My goals are to add more fruits and veggies with my meals, improve my sleep, mood and be more mindful of what I am consuming in my body and to get back on my fitness journey of exercising daily to keep the body moving so that I do not loose mobility and flexibility. I have been fasting in the mornings so I am just trying to make a plan that I can sustain and stick with.

Hi Joey,

I just restarted following the Sculptafit family again and I would like to know what supplements do you recommend taking, if any. Also what is the link to order your Elixir? I am now 61, no health problems (thanks be to God) and I have been getting lazy, scatter brained and lagging in my workouts. I am determined to start this year off right, get on track and keep myself motivated to keep the health that I have. Please advise me on what foods are good to have and eat to tone up, loose a few pounds and live my best life. I have been looking at your cooking videos, please let me know if you have grocery shopping lists or meal plans.
