Hey Joey, so nice to hear from you! I got back on track in beginning November, actually did pretty good through the holidays, kept doing the programs that I recieved in the beginning,a looong time ago… I do them all except body toning 2, I do the 18 minute cardio on my stairs with a couple exercises at the top…My nutrition is me finding healthy foods that I’ve always loved, but ate things with them not so healthy… A lot less meat, as I love seafood & Love Salmon, love turnip greens  & etc. leaving bread out 90% of the time… quit soft drinks, but I’ve always loved water,strange how we forget what we loved & bad habits that make us forget…. I have my moments though when I Have to have something I miss, but when I decide I’m going to eat it, I’m very mindful of when I’m satisfied & I stop, which never happened before… I don’t even like the full sensation anymore! Thank you so much Joey for all you do for so many ! ♥️ My inner thighs are just being slow,lol plus I am not a spring chicken !
