Hi Joey, I am 67 years young, I have taken care of myself most of my life, 20 years Army, with a few down falls of falling off the exercise wagon through the years after retiring from the Army, I am 5'6" I have gained weight in the last couple of years 135 to 160, ,my stomach is getting a little poochy, and celulite is rearing it's ugly head on my legs, people tell me it's age and I will never get rid of it, what do you think? Also I have always had what is called nobby knees, I have tried many exercises to make them not nobby, I was told I got them from my mother. Is there any help at this age, or do I just maintain my health?.

Hi Joey, I am wondering if you could or would add a log into Total Access to this site. It would be so much easier/nicer to go to one site to log into any of your programs that we choose for that day, and community talk forums, it just seems I am hopping around to find your programs, maybe I'm doing something wrong, I don't know, it just seems it could be more user friendly, I see others asking and confused on how to get access. I am loving your programs and food video's, Thank you for all you do.

I am wondering, working my calves, they are skinny, how can I give them shape?
This soup is amazing!!! I just made it today, I did do a little tweeking, I added a red onion, and 1 tbs of minced garlic instead of powder. I do have a little story to go with this that I'm sure you will appreciate. I went to Target, they didn't have the Fennel, leek, and Char, I was determined to get the ingredients, so I went to the next town over to a large chain store, HyVee, they didn't have it, I spoke with the produce manager, he called another HyVee in the next town over, they had all three ingredients, that manager said the other manager stated they have been having a run on people buying these 3 ingrdients, he said someone told him it was because of a club on the internet with some man, I said that man is Joey Atlas, I went to the other store to buy the ingredients, that manager asked me if I was the person the other manager called him about, I said yes, so I told him about you. I had just bought the organic spices, and organic vegetable broth from Target, so I didn't need them. I went home, immediately prepared this soup, OMGosh, the aroma was awesome, one cup of this soup, is filling, and is delicious, I ate a little less than a half cup of cashews with the soup instead of crackers, I was stuffed. My man ate a bowl, he loved it as well, this soup is very economical. I thought you would enjoy this true story.
WOW, That is a human super power I will never be able to do, amazing.
