Hi Joey.

I’ve done your initial program for a few months .. got bored… working on not getting bored… I like large movements for my legs and the hands and knees with one leg extended wasn’t getting my sweat on

So I moved to your other suggested leg workout with lunges forward and walking lunges and step ups and one leg squats ( that one is hard)

To be honest im keeping the faith but I still have cellulite and those dimples on my glutes

I’m your typical physically fit woman but I still have cellulite.

Can you help me figure out what I should do next..

I moved into hiking with my dog with is great for my legs and I think my glutes but I’m sure not for the cellulite. I just get bored and want to keep active.

Please advise

I’ll find a pic of me and send it so you cna see my issue… it won’t be obvious but trust me it’s an issue from the back side view esp in sunlight. OY

Hi Jenn !! Oh lord you do some of my progressions and you'll be ROCKIN it!! So you only did the 5-Day Sample Schedule?? (if so - have you not moved onto the 6-Day? or 8-Day? If not - why not, please share so I can help direct you to more results and improvements.

No issues with the front but that backside 🙈😁and don’t get me wrong. I’m grateful I feel healthy, I’m almost 50 and i birth 3 kids naturally. I’d just like it gone after all these years
