I just did this session for the 1st time. You really get a sweat going! And my heart rate was really up there too! I think I'll get on my treadmill for a treadmill trek for at least 20 minutes, and that will be my cardio session. Awesome workout, I highly recommend doing this. The plank at the very end, powerful! I had to take a few rests. Excellent work out Sculptafit team!
