Wow! I just watched this, and it's such a unique idea, adding the hemp hearts and chia seeds to the soup! I'll have try that. I've only added those items in a smoothie or in a salad. I'm sure it tasted as amazing as it sounded 😋

I just did this session for the 1st time. You really get a sweat going! And my heart rate was really up there too! I think I'll get on my treadmill for a treadmill trek for at least 20 minutes, and that will be my cardio session. Awesome workout, I highly recommend doing this. The plank at the very end, powerful! I had to take a few rests. Excellent work out Sculptafit team!
Just completed this video. I've done it several times, but t's been several times now, but that last move, the half circle, is a killer! Really feel it in the outer, and inner, thighs, but more on the outer for me. It is a great workout, for anyone considering it , you've gotta give it a try!
I just did this session for the 1st time, and WOW! Loved it! Several exercises had a really nice focus on inner thighs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS! There were a number of different moves I hadn't seen in other workouts, will definitely do this again, one of my favorites now!
