Joey Atlas - ok got the new email and now I can see the beginner 5-day videos. Thank you! These videos and the app are all part of the monthly fee I am already paying for, correct?

I originally reached out because I wanted to see if those in-person Sculptafit classes were still held and they were not. I am already a part of a healthy cooking and eating program and was just looking for something where I can incorporate some exercise to help tone my body,  strengthen my core, increase flexibility, lose the bat wings and basically become more fit. I and am in my early 60s, so not looking to be a body builder type. I am just not sure where to access the videos. Looking forward to your reply. Thank you, Sharon

Hi Joey, I have been receiving receipts  for well over a year now. I had emailed a request for help with ‘how do I get started? I found the original email, but may have signed into the wrong thing, not sure. There was another link in that email that doesn’t work. In any case, Marisa (one of your coaches) suggested I log in and post my plea for help getting started here.  So, here I am…asking for help in how to get started with my membership: The Total-Access Family Fitness Plan for "NON Home-Gym System Owners"
