So, yesterday we moved wood from where it was cut into 16-18”, 18-20 inches in diameter onto a trailer, moved it to where the splitter will be and stacked them (hopefully I can attach the picture). Then we finished splitting and stacking the wood I sent you a picture of earlier. There was quite a bit of cardio and weight lifting. As it took us about four hours I didn’t do any Joey approved workouts. 😊 Today I did the glutes and sexy stomach workout. I found the music to be very distracting and am glad the other workouts are without music.

No, I have not as I have been doing quite a bit of log and split log lifting. Today I didn’t do any Joey approved exercises as my husband and I have been busy working on firewood. We loaded cut wood onto our trailer, moved it to the area on our property where we stacked it and it will eventually be split and stacked. So we had to take it from the trailer and stack it so it’s not a messy pile. Some of the wood is 18-20 inches in diameter, so I got in cardio and weight lifting. I think it sounds like beast mode! I can’t figure out how to add the photo of what we did today! );

The top of my right shoulder and the right side of my neck are a little sore and so is the right elbow. It flared up again while doing push ups. Today I did the Lower Body LIIT: slow burn magic. Remember the rows of logs that I stacked? They are the ones being split. I help by bringing over the stacked logs to my husband who splits them and then I stack them in the gator. We then take the loaded gator to the sheds for drying until the next year. I’m pretty sure that all the lifting and stacking is contributing to the shoulder/neck pain.

Friday was the Notorious Nine; Saturday was granny gut gone, inner thigh lift, granny jaw gone and wedding toned arms and today I did bat wings and toned at home LIIT #49. All week my husband and I have been splitting and stacking firewood. If my husband hadn’t suggested exercising today I probably wouldn’t have done any. My motivation is low and his support really helped me. I did thank him!

Thanks Claudia! Keep up the great work! Homeschooling teenagers, wow! You’re doing a great thing for them.

Hi Joey! On Sunday I did ULBH&T dvd level one and raked leaves for two hours. Monday I went to exercise class and did yard work. Tuesday I needed a rest day as my costochondritis flared up and my lower back was complaining. Wednesday was LIIT chest and back toning, sculpting strengthening and Midriff part 1.

Joey, I have to say that before I started working with your system I was beginning to have a really hard time getting up off the floor; now I can practically jump up with no problems! And even though I’m not noticing any improvements in my body yet visually, and even gained another pound (argh), I know that these exercises are working.

Whoever else is reading this please know that I have to make myself take the time to exercise. Having an autoimmune disease makes me quite tired, with little energy and motivation to even get up and move. If I can do it you can too! Even Joey’s micro workouts will help you notice a difference little by little. Don’t give up. I’m trying not to either! :)

On October 15 did ULBH&T makeover level 2 standing. On the one leg calf raise I felt a tendon (?) moving on the bottom of my foot. Is this normal? I probably shouldn’t be doing any level two workouts yet as I’m still a newbie (3 weeks) but I want to see if I can do them! October 16 I did your Abs of Stone dvd level one and then exercise class. On October 17 I rested and today I raked leaves for two hours and did the ULBH&T dvd level one. There were two exercises that I just couldn’t make 15, but ten.

Monday I did session 1 total body foundation. Tuesday I did naked beauty and flat, sexy stomach and then walked around the property twice. And today I did naked beauty arms and total body toning and later on I went to exercise class! There was no time for a walk.

Today is a rest day as all of my thigh muscles are yelling at me; my calves are only speaking! I expected this to happen as I’ve only been doing these for about two weeks now. As I am still, since September 9th, fighting a virus I was so tired that I had to take a nap! Here’s hoping that tomorrow is better! I WILL be back to exercising.
