hi! i just turned 60 and have always been active. I tried the intermediate today and my legs were quite sore about halfway thru so i think ill do the beginner. i walk daily , bike, and lift weights but not as much as i used to.

my goal is to add muscle/weight. i am not skinny fat but would like more muscle tone all over. my diet is good- pretty much what you recommend .

how do we find more sample schedules for beginner other than the 5 day?? DO we put them together ourself?

also, I am trying to login. It is asking for the current password? Cannot change and add a new password unless I know what the current one is which I never got an email for?

so I am confused when your show two videos are you supposed to do two videos on that day or do you choose between the two?
