My most important goals are to reduce the way my skin has started to look saggy as I age, especially on my thighs and mid section.  I want to improve my mobility and flexibility. I workout at least 5 days a week with run/walking, kickboxing and some strength training. I have dumbbells ranging from 5-25 lbs, bands, weight bench, foam rollers, exercise ball, 12 inch step, pull-up bar.  I like working out at home.Â
