I just want to focus on eating clean and staying healthy. Oh and I want to increase bone density.

My short term goal is to get rid of saggy arms and legs. My long term goal is an overall toned body.

Hi! I'm new to the program and plan to start workouts tomorrow. I did the toned at home workouts with a few micro workouts added for a couple weeks and decided to join. I plan to start with the 6 day workout schedule.
