NOT SURE what the $19 membership includes.  Does it include this since I received an email and it has "LOG IN here" details. ???

Another email:  Quick Start:  is this where I go to gain access as well?  

Another email:  Total access App links.  Is this a reoccuring monthly fee or is it included in the $19? 

Another email:  Open ASAP... The fusion -flex framework and Toned-at- Home.   Is this the Free access or is this part of the $19?   

Question:  which email do I use to gain access to simply begin working out?  Is there a place to log in and access or does one need to go to one of the emails sent.  

Thank you for your assistance in keeping it simplified and streamlined so I can get right to getting started.

I'm not able to reply and add a comment from the phone.   I've tried a bunch of times.  Though thankful I can do it from a computer.  

I did receive the Quick Start email as well as several other emails, 4-5, one after the other.  What threw me off with the Quick Start was it said I received a Log In and to check junk if I didn't receive. I didn't get that. But, somehow at the same time, I got an email that had a sign in button.  

Perhaps to simplify the onboarding process and make it less confusing; have the log in / sign up or whatever method needed to gain access and each of the steps required, including the app link in one email.  Even if it's really long, having a step by step, for instance, first do this, than do this.  Step 1, Step 2, ALL within the Quick Start email.  

One email:  Sign in:  is this the place to go every time I want to workout for the day 5 or day 6? Or is there a place to log in?

Hello, glad to have found gentle weight training from home by focusing on simple exercises daily.  After years of strength training at the gym utiliizing a simple routine of Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench press I look forward to transitioning to more of a gentle strength training routine.   From what I've seen on YouTube I went ahead and purchased the $19 a month program.  I am challenged with the navigation of the program.  I would like to begin with learning the exercises involved.  Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. All three would be excellent to learn beginning with Beginner.  Would you kindly direct me.  The nutrition is another crucial aspect, however I've been a stay-at-home wife and homeschool mother for the last 29 years preparing and eating nutritious and delicious meals so I'm good on that at the moment.  My immediate focus is to learn the exercise program.  It seems a bit complicated to navigate. Not sure if I logged in correctly.  Any help with a step by step process and where to find the exercise programs without all the extra, for now, would be appreciated.  Thank You for your diligence in creating this simple program.  God Bless you all
