Hello, glad to have found gentle weight training from home by focusing on simple exercises daily. After years of strength training at the gym utiliizing a simple routine of Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench press I look forward to transitioning to more of a gentle strength training routine.  From what I've seen on YouTube I went ahead and purchased the $19 a month program. I am challenged with the navigation of the program. I would like to begin with learning the exercises involved. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. All three would be excellent to learn beginning with Beginner. Would you kindly direct me. The nutrition is another crucial aspect, however I've been a stay-at-home wife and homeschool mother for the last 29 years preparing and eating nutritious and delicious meals so I'm good on that at the moment. My immediate focus is to learn the exercise program. It seems a bit complicated to navigate. Not sure if I logged in correctly. Any help with a step by step process and where to find the exercise programs without all the extra, for now, would be appreciated. Thank You for your diligence in creating this simple program. God Bless you all
