Hi Joey. I’m thrilled that you responded. I accidentally stumbled on one of your YouTube videos, and what caught my attention was your emphasis on slow controlled movements. Your intense explanation on the recruitment of various muscles gave me the reason to intentionally move slowly ( usually I would rush through the set to finish on time).

I am 48 years old, and have been struggling with returning to my pre pregnancy state. I am one of those who didn’t pay much attention to strength training cos I thought it was for guys alone. And so I did aerobics for the most part. A whole lot of running, walking, and ellipticals were my go-to.

I started strength training with the help of trainers at the gym, and that has helped. At the moment, I have decided to continue with a trainer with the hopes that you app will be a tremendous help.

So my immediate goal is to strengthen my core and back muscles, reduce my fat percentage, and tone my muscles. I need something that is sustainable pleas.
