Thanks. I want toning/strength training. I workout regularly. I want an upper body workout, a lower body workout and a total body workout that uses hand weights or body weight.

Hi. I'm confused by the site setup. I came across you on YouTube and love your exercises I can do with no equipment so I signed up thinking I could find them here. But I am not easily finding workouts that are separate from having a gym system. Do you have a collection of non-equipment workouts?
