Thanks for answering, Joey.  As I said, I'm 74 years old.  5'-2" For the last 215 days I have been following Weight Watchers program faithfully.  Lost 45 pounds so far.  Still need to lose 5 more pounds to finally be normal.  I have been walking, working up to 10,000 steps per day.  Some bicycle riding.  Very stiff joints.  Floor exercises are very painful at the present time.  Of course, like everyone else, I want to tone entire body.  Get rid of extra skin, abdomen flab, bat wings and strengthen abs, glutes, and legs.  Any recommendation on chair exercises and/or standing exercises to start me off?

Also, how do I find your answers to my questions instead of having to read all through the other questions, although some were very helpful.

Exactly, A lot of information.  I need structure!
