Whoa tightly toned 52! What a good workout felt so amazing next day 💕

I'm struggling to figure out the protein part everyone says different things! I'm 5'9" 161 lbs fairly toned with cellulite. I'm doing your workouts and dropped the heaving weights and crazy HIIT. I'm 52

Thanks for any advice and tips

Yes it reduces my appetite which I suppose is good in general but for me I'm not hitting protein or overall fiber goals due to low appetite. I mix with water and drink it like a shot in the morning (as much as possible) sometimes i forget and drink it later in the day. I drink it on its own no meal.

Any one else struggling with being hungry? The Brain-Belly Body elixir is great but I am not hungry and it's impacting my daily protein

Where is your recommendation on organic basalmic vinegar please?

Thanks! I found it. My goals are to tone legs and remove cellulite. I'm fairly strong from weights, I'm happy with arms an abs and I eat pretty clean. I'm curious if i should still be watching calories and weighing protein so obsessively. I'm going to go through the links!
