Yes it reduces my appetite which I suppose is good in general but for me I'm not hitting protein or overall fiber goals due to low appetite. I mix with water and drink it like a shot in the morning (as much as possible) sometimes i forget and drink it later in the day. I drink it on its own no meal.

Any one else struggling with being hungry? The Brain-Belly Body elixir is great but I am not hungry and it's impacting my daily protein

Where is your recommendation on organic basalmic vinegar please?

Thanks! I found it. My goals are to tone legs and remove cellulite. I'm fairly strong from weights, I'm happy with arms an abs and I eat pretty clean. I'm curious if i should still be watching calories and weighing protein so obsessively. I'm going to go through the links!
