Did these shoulder stretches for the first time on 4/27, my first day here. Once I was done, my shoulders had an amazing feeling of well being. They’ve been on and off hurting for years (machines) and I actually had no trouble closing a “sticky” window that same day. I was shocked because my arms went straight up pushing the window closed, whereas before I had to keep my elbows bent and push up little by little and standing on a stool so I could maintain that position almost all the way up! I really love all these workouts! I’m looking forward to getting back in shape and improving my posture. Thank you, Joey! God bless you!
