OK, not to be shared openly, thank you. I am 73, in very good health and physical condition, 5' 2" and weigh 110 lbs. No aches or pains, no prescription drugs, I walk a minimum of 5 miles a day. A few weeks ago I worked with a personal trainer at my local Y, but I don't love going to the gym. At home I have a weight bench, bar, and 3, 5, and 8 lb. hand weights plus various weights that can be added to the bar, and a band with handles. I bought your Ultimate Leg video years ago, and haven't played it in years. I also used to work out to Tracy Anderson DVD's and joined her online group for a year but too expensive now that I am retired. My goal is to firm up all over, lose cellulite, and is there anything I can do about the crepey skin on my upper arms and legs? Hope this helps, and by the way, I live in South Orange County, California.
