Joey A.Ā He’s 45 with no joint issues and he’s very thin

Hi Joey,Ā Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly. To answer your question: yes, he has full doctor's clearance for exercise. His cardiologist and doctor have confirmed his heart is structurally normal and healthy, and they have actually encouraged him to exercise—the barrier is entirely the psychological anxiety caused by the sensations. For a bit more context:

The Goal: To slowly desensitize his nervous system to an elevated heart rate and movement, rebuilding trust in his body.

Current Baseline: Right now, even a short walk can trigger anxiety if he feels a thud.

Preferences: He responds best to very gentle, controlled, and grounding movements where he doesn't feel rushed or out of breath. Short, bite-sized sessions (even 5–10 minutes) would be perfect to start with so he can get a "win" without triggering a panic response.

With that in mind, are there any specific low-intensity, mobility, or restorative sessions in your library you'd recommend he start with?Thank you again,

Joey AtlasĀ Hi Joey, I’ve done the Midriff Makeover Abs Core cardio Combo Session 1 a couple of times so far…

Thanks Joey. Main areas of focus - 1. shrink my pooch belly, 2. round my glutes and 3. sculpt my shoulders and arms for improved strength and definition/tone. I also have left rib flare so would love to do some core integration exercises to retrain my ribs to stay stacked over my pelvis.

Hi Joey, I did this workout this morning for the first time. I’ve been doing 4 workouts a week alternating ULBHT level 2 mat sequence, ULBHT level one standing training and the Total body toning session level 2. Still not doing the full ULBHT workout with mat and standing in one session unless I do standing work first (which I find tougher) followed by the mat work, but not sure if that’s okay to do it in that order.Ā

My buns are boomin! Thanks Joey!Ā šŸ‘

HiĀ Joey Atlas, wow, that’s insane! 😮 you are the G.O.A.T! 🐐 I’m not sure I’ll ever get to the ULBHTM level 2 standing series, there’s so much to perfect in level 1 even without adding weights or a medicine ball..lol and I’m still not doing ULBHTM level 1 mat AND standing back to back so I’ve a ways to go but I have the goal in sightšŸ¦µšŸ’Ŗ

ThanksĀ Joey Atlas. I tried what you suggested but I still can’t lift my hip without using my arm to help push me up and then I don’t feel like I’m working my inner thigh 😐
