Hi Joey,

I’m so very thankful I ran across you on YouTube. I’ve been strength training for about 3 years now and I can’t say I haven’t seen any results. However, I injured myself and my knees were not agreeing to that type of training. I followed your free stuff for several weeks and switched over to your method. Wow, I was seeing changes within a few weeks of just doing the free videos. At that point, I was convinced I had to join total access. Whatever I pulled in the hip flexor area has finally healed and my knees don’t bother me at all now. I describe your workouts to people as gentle, but very challenging. For 60 years old, I truly have great muscle tone, but still battling cellulite on my thighs. I do believe I see it getting better since I joined total access and do the naked beauty stimulus routine. It’s giving me hope that it will continue to get better. You are my trainer for life and I never see myself going back to the types of workouts I was doing. I would love to ask your opinion on rebounding? I’ve read a lot of good things about it, but I totally agree with you on the mass market stuff as well. It looks so fun and relaxing, but I wanted to ask for your opinion as a expert. I look forward to hearing back from you.
