Thanks for your response, Joey! I will start the NB again and stay on 1X for a while and then go up to 2X and see how it goes. I was going up to 3X in order to get better results and avoid a plateau. Perhaps just staying at 2X continually will provide the same results. Also, thanks for the information regarding the Elixir and the discount code. Thanks for all that you do!
