Joey Atlas Hi Joey, I did reply on the community page as I wrote an initial message there after joining. However, I realise I didn’t reply directly to you there. Instead I added it as a comment. To save you time going there, this is basically where I am at ...

Even though I am in my late 60’s I am hoping to tone my legs, and get rid of my ugly cellulite (or at least reduce it somewhat), which kind of just happened after menopause. My bat wings also need some TLC 🤣. I am fortunate to be of slim build so I don’t need to lose or gain any weight. I have been eating a healthy plant based diet since 2020, and follow the 80/20 rule, so I can cheat a bit with chocolate and an occasional red wine 😋.

I have exercised on and off for the past 20 years or so (trying different kinds of workouts). So I think starting at the beginner level might work best for me. I have done the first 2 videos (just once through on each), and felt great afterwards. However, I am open to any suggestions you might have. Thanks.

Thanks for your prompt response. I was so excited to get started that I completely skipped over the suggested playlist on my first read through 😏. My apologies.

My reason for giving your program a shot is because the testimonials from other woman are very inspiring. I did buy your PDF program (probably 15 years or so ago), but for some reason never followed through.

Thank you Joey. I didn’t think I was a beginner but turns out I my ego was talking 😂. One go through was definitely enough for today. Really felt those working 😀.

I have just joined and am excited to get going. However, looking at the layout of videos I am very confused as to how to navigate through the site.

I thought there would be some kind of structured playlists e.g. beginner, intermediate, advanced weekly routines or similar in some kind of set order. I have done a search for all three levels but still nothing kind of follows on from one routine to the next. It seems a bit all of over the place. Am I missing something? Anyone have any suggestions as to how to best find my way around? Thank you.

Also, I just a small edit. I had a quick look at one video and there is no warm up. Are we meant to do some kind of warmup prior to, and cooldown after? Any help with my questions would be much appreciated thank you.
