I didn't make it through yesterday. I was more sore than I realized when I attempted the workout. I did the level 1 Matt and standing again today. I attempted the advanced with the ball this morning and my hamstrings were not having it...lol. I am still shocked at how hard bodyweight can be when done mindfully.  I love the floor exercises and I was wondering if I can do 2 or 3 rounds instead of one.

I just completed the lower body Makeover Day 1, standing & floor.  It was great! The single leg bridge is insane! 💪 I really enjoyed the sequence and pace of exercise!
