Thank you so much for your promp reply!

I don't have medical issues, don't have children, have a scoliosis that sometimes give me some back pain and my joints (wrists and knees hurt if I do stronger exercises).

My most important goal is to get back to daily exercise to feel better with my body. I've always struggled with following an exercise routine at home and would love to finally have one. I don't mind loosing up to 4 kgs as well, but my biggest concern is still the cellulite.

Hi Joey! 

I joined recently because of a video of yours I saw on Youtube, but since I've joined I haven't started yet...I feel a bit lost in here. I am in my fourties, my main problem is lack of exercise and cellulite (although I was almost a dancer in the past). Can you please indicate me which video programs should I do, how many times a week and for how long? Thank you in advance.
