Joey Atlas ok.  thanks for the bigger picture of how to use the programs over time, and 'feeling easy' as the yardstick for rotation .  Is this written or video'ed somewhere?  Still learning how to navigate the wealth of resources you have on this site!  And I appreciate your direct response

Joey Atlas Thanks.  I have started the 6-day-intermediate-sample. So how many weeks would I rotate through this for?  Or waht would I look for to know when it is a good time to use another program? since you said "The variety you get from using all of them over the long term help with consistency - and better results."  ty

Joey Atlas thanks for that suggestion.  So will this training upgrade of using the 6-day-intermediate-sample address cellulite?  And what is the difference between what the intermediate training does vs naked beauty?  And if there is somewhere to read about the different programs and what they are each designed for lmk and I can read that instead.  I'd like to understand all the different programs you have created and what each is most effective for.

Pretty sure it's hormone changes due to menopause ~July 2025. do you have other ideas I might not have considered?
