How do I quickly find a follow-along butt and leg workout in the worderful but endless exercises I see in this program. also, I love the underbutt video I saw you on you tube. Is there any place in the All-Access program that has that kind of workout. I'm looking to do my lower body tomorrow, and I still need guidance, sorry

Thank you , thank you so much. It's so nice to have my quesitons answered so quickly. My goals:  I'd like to work my lower and upper body twice a week. I enjoyed the whole body cardio yesterday so  much that I want to fit that one in as well. I will have to attach that to a lower or upper body day. I only have 4 mornings and I'm fooling myself if I think I can workout in the afternoon. It just never happens. I have all sorts of dumpbells, but I see I won't be needing my heavy ones. That's just fine and dandy for me. I have weighted balls, a pullup bar and kettlebells. I'd love to get more into band workouts at this stage of life, upper 60s, but I'm not new to working out. I have old bands, probably need a new set that can anchor to something. Last questions--I'm curious about that equipment you use that can be used for everything. Sorry I forgot what it's called. It appears I would need a room with a lot of space for that one, Does it fold up in some way. I would guess not.

If I only have 4 days I can scedule a workout on a regular basis, can I still do this program. For Imtermediate, 6 days are recommended, advance 7, 8 and 9 days. I don't understand 8, 9 days. How that works into a weekly calandar.  Can anyone explain this to me??. Im thinking maybe it's not what It looks like.
