Joey Atlas Yes that looks doable. I gotta get some bungee cords though.  I like to do exact how you do it.  Like I don’t have the sculpt a fit.  And I’m learning to figure out how to do what you do with what I have but I like to do exactly what you do.  Lol!  Yeah I love the hurt from doing a workout……not like I’m injured, but my muscles hurt.  I love that!  I will work on this schedule.   Thank you, Joey!   You are awesome!

I’m certain I must have gotten the quick start email.  It’s been a while ago.  Currently, I am working out regularly again since second week of January.  I worked out all the time and was very active until I hit 40.  Life happened and things changed.  I am now 59.  When I say to anyone I gotta get back in shape, I’m fat, they all look at me like I’m crazy.  But I’m out of shape.  I have to say I am definitely feeling stronger since starting to work out again.  The tummy workout with the 4 moves you have?  Boy do I see a difference in how much better I can do it since the first time I tried it.  The first time I had to point my knees outward because of my fat belly and it was so hard to pull my knees into my chest.  That was um like 6-7 months ago?  Then I did it again couple weeks ago and did NOT have to point my knees outward!  Belly I guess has gone down.  Plus it was just easier for me to do.  But I felt it the next couple days around my whole core!  Love love love those exercises

Hi Joey!  I am a member here, also purchase the elixir.  Also got the free toned at home.  But where did the arms video go that you had on the toned at home?  And I can’t find it in any of the programs.  I did it once.  Felt it for days.  Trying to find it to do again and it seems to be gone. Do you take videos down?  I really really liked it!   I’m trying to follow a system here but I’m lost little bit.  Or a lot.  I don’t want to go to anyone else.  I like you!

It feels like I need the sculpt a fit which I don’t have the money for unfortunately.  Feels like I can’t do most of these workouts unfortunately.Â
