Correct, been doing the 5 Day Sample for beginners! I think I can handle a little more.

yes,I have some joint pain , low back and Neck so I have to keep that in mind.

I’ll begin the 6 day sample schedule and see how that goes!

Next,  I’ll be considering your Elixir

Hope all is well! 

First wanted to say congratulations, a proud grandfather:)  So nice to be in such great shape and be able to enjoy grandkids!!

I think I’m 2 weeks in with your beginner program and so far so good .I enjoyed all the excercises especially the neck moves as I do computer work all day. This one I’m incorporating pretty regularly 🙏

Moving on, what next? I  need help with legs , inner thighs and of course cellulite.
