Joey Atlas Hi, Joey.I just wanted to clarify a couple of things when you say that I can do naked beauty for one of the lower body days are you talking about the symulast method main session video? Also how many days do you suggest i do abs and what videos do you think are most effective for attacking the cellulite in that area?

I am a 4th degree black belt in Mixed Martial Arts and I like to workout. I've been doing hiit training for the past probably 2 years so I'm no stranger to working out or fitness. I like hiit because you can get a good workout in a short amt of time. I'm not one that likes long workouts. 30-40 min tops is what I like. I'm about to turn 40 and have noticed that my cellulite is getting worse. I've always struggled with it on my legs and bum but now it's on my stomach 😫 and I'm starting to see some on my upper arms. I've also realized in the last 6 months or so I've gained a little extra weight even though I haven't changed anything. I workout 3-5 days a week. The cellulite is really bothering me and id like to get rid as much of that as possible as well as lose 8-10 lbs and tone up. (I'm 5" tall and 120 lbs right now) I'm going on a cruise for my 40th birthday in about a month and would really like to be able to wear a bathing suit without feeling like crap!

Hi Joey I recently joined the total access program. One of the main reasons why I wanted to do your workouts is to get rid of cellulite. I also would like to loose a little weight and get toned. I just saw the naked beauty simulast program. Should I be doing that instead of the total access or is that included in it. Like I said one of the main goals is to get rid of cellulite. I stated doing the intermediate sample calender. Just looking for a little direction on what I should be doing to reach my goals. Thank you
