I don't have an area to use the bands. Nothing to attach them to. I have tried several of your sample schedules and I always end up not being able to do portions of the routine because I don't have the home gym or the bands. Thanks!

Are there any 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 day sample schedules that don't require the home gym system or bands?
