Yes, I got it last night. It still doesn't answer the question asked in this post, unless I'm missing something. It simply says at the end of day 5 start with day 1. It doesn't say when I should move on to or where to find the next level or phases.
I'm here because my body can't take the HIIT like it used to. I love circuit training and completed P90X in my younger days but, I'm 57, retired Firefighter/Paramedic and need LIIT that works. I also hate hate hate to cook. I find no enjoyment in it at all, no not all firefighters like to cook. I'm hoping your cooking videos are complete enough that I can just follow along.
