I first want to know the details of the package and the price tag. I was looking at some other options here in Canada but want to know more about what you’ve put together and find out if it’s doable for me with shipping on top of everything. I’m not in a hurry per se but have a bunch of boys that are eager to have a home gym set up. I also want to get some good bands and weights.

I’ve actually been going through all the training sessions to try them all out. I aim to focus on a different main region each work out. I practically get about there workouts in a week but want to increase that. I find it tough though to fit it in daily.

I’ve always been trim but effects of menopause has my middle belly fat growing. It’s a new thing for me, something I never thought would happen. Anyway my energy is down so it’s difficult to even gear up for a work out but I have to work out or else my spine is not sufficiently supported. I learned as a young adult to work out to avoid back pain. Ok so I’m thinking that I probably need to do more abb exercises but really will that do it? There are so many factors involved in losing menopause fat. I already don’t eat gluten, process sugar mostly because of food sensitivities and psoriasis. My diet is pretty good with lots of vegetables, clean meats and most things homemade. Bottom line is I want to get in better shape and have energy

Hello Joey, thank-you for getting the app up and running for us. It makes it easier to get to the workouts wherever I am.
